I stopped by and noticed right away that place was really clean. Floors looked good too, like they actually keep up with them. Overall, nice little shop

I stopped by Tire Kingdom for two new tires and an alignment, and overall it was a smooth experience. The price I saw online ended up being really close to what I paid in the store, which I appreciated.

They also went over the shop fees and taxes before I signed anything, so there weren’t any awkward surprises when it came time to pay. I think most customers would feel better about that kind of transparency, especially with car repairs where the total can sometimes jump without warning.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that checkout took a little longer than I expected, and I had to ask one question twice before getting a clear answer. Still, the billing felt honest, and that goes a long way.

I went in to get tires, and honestly... the staff was great!! Everyone was really friendly and professional the whole time. They explained what I needed in a normal, respectful way — didn’t make me feel dumb, and didn’t pressure me into anything either!!! They got me taken care of quickly too. Just a really good experience overall!!

The prices were decent, but for some reason I expected it to feel like a better deal overall. Service was totally fine and I didn’t have any real issues, but it still felt like things could’ve been a bit cheaper for what you get.

Came in to get my alignment done and, yeah, the car drives straight again now. I did have to wait a bit, but the staff was nice and the price was fair, so—I mean, no real complaints from me...

Had a tire wear out way sooner than I expected. Wasn’t really sure how the warranty thing would go. The guy at Tire Kingdom looked it up, explained everything in plain English, and got the tire swapped out with no hassle. No surprises on the price either. Paid exactly what he said I would. Happy with how it all turned out.

I ended up getting my tires here for less than what the nearby shops were charging. i was surprised by the "good deal" and happy I checked them out.

Well... they didn’t try to push a bunch of extra stuff on me, which I appreciated. They just got my tires done quickly and made the whole thing easy

I figured this was going to turn into a whole drawn-out thing, but they found the issue fast and fixed it right away. I wouldn’t say I love having to deal with repairs, and it was still kind of annoying to need it done, but they handled it really well.
